Foundation EL SAUCE was founded in 2009 by Bertram Hipp when he became aware of the amount of orphans and poverty he was surrounded by. The impact of this knowledge has had a huge impression on him, thus contrasting it with his life, and then having the vision of this great dream. In less than a month he acquired a beautiful property of 100 Hectares.

EL SAUCE is a group helping orphans, abandoned children, and teenage single mothers by giving them the opportunity to change their lives. They support underprivileged individuals and provide them with a family, home, clothes, food, quality education, and love. In the future they plan to become self-sustainable.

El sauce is currently producing bread/organic garden produce and selling it to generate some income.
