As we enjoy our warm homes with the cold weather shut outside, we hope you will consider supporting our third annual Cold Weather Walk for the houseless. The Lacombe walk, inspired and led by ABW supporter Cathy Wright, will raise funds for the The Mustard Seed of Red Deer, which serves the houseless community and children in need.
We want to boost participation and drive up donations for this annual fundraiser. If you are interested in sponsoring one of the walkers, or in joining us for the walk on Sunday, January 15 at 2:30 PM, please see the information below.

Cold Weather 2km Walk
Supporting The Mustard Seed of Red Deer, providing shelter, clothing and meals to those experiencing poverty or homelessness, and school lunch programs for children in need.
Meet us at the entrance to Cranna Lake at 42 Woodland Drive on Sunday, January 15 at 2:30 PM
This is an outdoor, 2km-walk of low difficulty. Be aware of and prepared for winter weather, with appropriate footwear for the paths at Cranna Lake.
There will be refreshments served afterwards. Let’s all have fun!
