Gilgil Highway School

About the Project: Gilgil Highway school is located in a high poverty area in Kenya. Currently, there are about 800 students currently attending the school. These bathrooms will help give a cleaner and safer environment to learn in.

About the Site:  Gilgil Highway School is located in one of the most impoverished areas of Kenya, where families face extreme hardship. The community is marked by single-mother households, exploitative labor conditions, and widespread hunger. ABW plans to do a couple of projects at this school, including classrooms, toilets, a kitchen and water tanks.
