Gilgil Highway School

About the Project: This greenhouse project will help create a way to support the school and it's students, while producing healthy foods and new jobs.

About the Site: Gilgil Highway School is located in one of the most impoverished areas of Kenya, where families face extreme hardship. The community is marked by single-mother households, exploitative labor conditions, and widespread hunger. ABW plans to do a couple of projects at this school, including classrooms, toilets, a kitchen and water tanks.
