A rainy morning in Kigali is how we started the day. We visited projects in Kigali. The main one was the Potters Project.

Our visit to the pottery project – Debra Brosseuk from Kelowna has been working very hard on this and directing development here. A group of people who struggle a lot for daily existence has benefited by her investment here.

Our Canadian group celebrates their success at the end of the visit. It is humbling experience to see their work and appreciation for our support.
After lunch we headed to the Gorillas Hotel to begin the Gorilla trek tomorrow.
