About the Project
Captain Comprehensive School has a rudimentary kitchen now and ABW plans to build a new one that will provide a safer and more hygienic workplace for the staff that prepare and serve meals. Students currently receive meals in an old classroom with fires built openly on the floor, with primary cooking done in a small enclosure nearby. A new kitchen with two double-burner stoves and proper ventilation will make cooking more efficient and reduce smoke output.
