About the Hospital
The Kendu Adventist Hospital (KAH) is a mission hospital in western Kenya founded by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in 1925. It is situated 4km from Kendu Bay town and 11km from the town of Oyugis. The hospital has a capacity of 170 beds and offers preventative, diagnostic, curative, and rehabilitative services. The Kendu Adventist Hospital is also noteworthy for its care center designed specifically to serve patients affected by HIV and AIDS.
