KENYA: MOUNT KENYA: MALE PRIMARY SCHOOL

About the Site

In 2013, the Male Primary School had 315 students up to Grade 8 and 55 preschoolers that were well accommodated in 10 classrooms with a separate computer room. Currently, there are 160 boys and 147 girls being educated by 8 male teachers and 6 female teachers. A Better World has built two classrooms to accompany the two funded by parents and one by the Constituency Development Fund. We also drilled the well and built the distribution system to provide water to both the primary and secondary schools, which can now sell water to the community.
