Completed : MAHUA COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL – New Kitchen

About the Project

Mahua was a new site for ABW in 2023. After completing a new classroom and an office, the school still has many needs. One of the priority items is the kitchen. As is typical of many sites, the existing kitchen is wooden structure with very little space and an open fire for cooking. A new kitchen will provide a vented woodstove in a safer environment free of smoke, with an improved serving facility so that students and staff can operate in a healthier environment. The stove will improve the efficiency of food preparation as well.
