Completed : MALE PRIMARY SCHOOL – 8 CLASSROOMS, WATER SYSTEMS, AND AGRICULTURE

About the Project

In 2007, A Better World began replacing Male Primary School’s wood classrooms with more durable and permanent stone structures. In addition to the initial eight classrooms that were constructed, a water distribution system was also installed, linking to the well dug at the nearby Male Secondary School. A sales kiosk was also added to the school so that students could sell water to others in the local community. Furthermore, an agriculture plan was implemented to provide a nutritious food source for the students and staff.
