Completed : MUCHORWE PRIMARY SCHOOL – New ECD Centre

About the Project

With more than 100 children in ECD and the population growing, Muchorwe Primary School needs a new ECD centre with four classrooms. The children are currently pressed into a noisy, dark, sheet-iron structure with dirt floors and little room for supporting equipment or materials. At the topographical bottom of the school property, the building is also subject to flooding. ABW aims to build four new classrooms, in a location that is suitably distant from the primary grades but also secured from bad weather. The building will also include water catchment, but one tank only, since the school has a borehole on site.
