About the Project
Mwenja Comprehensive School (formerly Mwenja Primary School) is well established and supported, but the buildings were old without good maintenance. The old, wooden toilets were reaching a point of being potentially dangerous, with the roof having mostly fallen in between visits in 2023 and 2024. With ECD registration declining at the school, it is hoped that new toilets will bring children back to prepare for their primary education. This project is a partnership with Nyandarua County.
