About the Project
With more than 850 students (including Early Childhood Development), Oljorai Primary School is in desperate need of new classrooms. There are a few new buildings, but several structures are mud or iron-sheet. The older stone buildings are in very poor condition, with walls cracking or even crumbling, and most will likely have to be demolished. New classrooms will provide a clean, bright environment that is protected from the elements and will allow teachers to be more effective and students to be more focused on their work.
