Completed : OSARARA CLINIC – Clinic Building Phase 2

About the Project

Osarara Clinic serves a population of around 4500 people but the building was condemned and was on the verge of collapse. ABW was recently able to complete Phase 1 and it is providing the community with essential care. However, the building is still missing essential elements for full service. For Phase 2, we will complete the main building, adding a labour room, community health/vaccination clinic and nursing station. We will also build outdoor public toilets, as the current ones have reached capacity.  In addition, the hope is to build the septic and solar systems needed for the building, depending on funding and the potential reuse of materials from the old clinic.
