Saturday, November 16, 2013 – Table Banking Day

Today we visited communities that are engaged in Table Banking  – a concept for community groups to self-fund projects for the short and long term through a loan program. They also get training for their respective businesses.

The visit was meaningful and useful to all who attended.

Al Poole and Charlie McGeehan have been focused on this aspect of our program  They are looking into it more closely and reviewing the program.

At the end of each visit we gave a small bag of food to the household for welcoming us

The passion fruits are starting to grow…

Brian and Rob were able to taste one

Warren was inquiring about the dairy project this lady wants to start and needs some capital

Charlie thanked and encouraged the people on our behalf
