We have had a great experience in Rwanda. We say goodbye this evening to Rwanda. I am heading to Nairobi to meet up with another group and the rest of the group is flying to Canada.
We started the day with a visit to the Nyamata Genocide Memorial for a guided tour. It was a very emotional experience.

A courtesy visit to a primary school that Debra Brosseuk has been supporting. 49 children from the potter’s cooperative attend this school. We visited with the head teacher and checked on the progress of the children.

Waiting at airports is the norm for our groups so here we are 4 hours ahead of schedule.
