Phase 8 of Umutara School for the Deaf development has just been completed! Located just 3.5 hours north of Kigali, Rwanda, A Better World has been investing in classrooms, toilets, bunk beds, and more—and now a basketball court has been constructed! Already in full use, the court promises to allow students to excel in other forms of learning: teamwork, physical activity, and overcoming obstacles.
