Today was a long travel day from Mombo, Tanzania to Nairobi, Kenya. We left at 7 am and arrived in Nairobi at 7 pm. Rama brought me to the Kenyan border and Lawrence picked me up. Juma was also with us.
Sunday, March 8, 2015 – Visiting MP Mr. Joseph Limo
Joseph and Beatrice have been an incredible support to our work. Joseph has set aside $100,000 for water and school partnership projects in his constituency.
Monday, March 9, 2015 – Visit to Nakuru
We left for Kericho and stopped in Nakuru to dialogue with leaders of job creation programs for women and youth
Tuesday, March 10, 2015 – Kericho projects
I wanted to see the projects in Tulwap and Simotwet.
Tulwap is going to see major development over the next few years as many donors have come forward. The 6 classroom project for the primary school is now complete
We announced that funding was available to start the Tulwap high school. 75 high school students are meeting in this building.
We also announced that we had funding in place to begin the Nursery school classrooms
Then I went on to see the progress at Simotwet school where a kitchen and dining room is under construction

Back in Nairobi. Meetings on water, school permits and grants
Met up with Robert, one of the students we are sponsoring. He types and eats with his feet. He is very thankful for all that we do for his progress. He was reading an e mail I had sent.
